gramercy

how the hidden secret’s proffered –

smile exchanged and glove hand offered —

lone amid a crowd of hundreds,

not alone, with no one else around —

gramercy like water falling

antecedent worries: crawling,

walking, jogging, running, standing,

where her feet may fall, the landing

silence in the misty pall –

gratitude for this

and all

  1. Hehe..I had to google the word gramercy..which means many or BIG thanks!
one amid a crowd of hundreds,

not alone, with no one else around — I can relate to this…I used to prefer to be lonely in a crowd and felt sad being alone. Now, I don’t mind being alone…I don’t feel lonely. And can’t really stand to be lonely in a crowd!

And with thankfulness all others will fall away, for sure.
